Here are few of my favorite quotes. Feel free to add yours below as well.
What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us. -Ralph Waldo Emerson-
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense. -emerson
To laugh often and much, to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children, to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends, to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others, to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch... to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded! -Emerson
Go placidly amid the noise and the haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible, without surrender,
be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly, and listen to others,
even to the dull and ignorant;
they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons;
they are vexatious to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others,
you may become vain or bitter,
for always there will be
greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career
however humble;
it is a real possession in the
changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs,
for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you
to what virtue there is;
many persons strive for high ideals,
and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself.
Especially do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love,
for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment,
it is as perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years,
gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit
to shield you in sudden misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline,
be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore, be at peace with God,
whatever you conceive Him to be.
And whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life,
keep peace in your soul.
With all its sham,
drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful.
Strive to be happy.

Thanks for the information. that should come in handy for the toolkit project.
Thank you for the information you supplied on Google, I'm not aware of this before Thanks.
I found a really cool website named refdesk.com and here you have all the search engines listed on one page. There is also a quote of the day, site of the day, and what happened in history today. I visit this page at least once a day. Also, today I found a magazine that I will subsribe to named IT Professional Magazine. Everyone in the working world should be involved in something that keeps them in touch with their field. I will fulfill my involvemet by subscribing to some magazines that involve the IT field.
Thank you for the info! It will definitely help with creating a toolkit
Hi Bradley! Yes Google does host your site for free, but Google has a nasty habit of dropping features at times for newer ones, so be careful!
Here is the link to the free web host service I am using: http://www.000webhost.com/
There are templates that make building your website easy, and if you decide to switch to a paid acoount it's only $5 a month. There is plenty of free space for a simple info site though. Also have you checked with the SPSU IT department? Did they say how long they can host a student website for after the student graduates? If it is up to a year then it would be really cool to use the school as a web host.
